On today’s episode of the Conspiracy of Goodness Podcast, we’re revisiting Episode #33 with Jeff Wall Jr. At the age of 15, Jeff became the founder of Golden Age Karate, a non-profit organization that travels to nursing homes to teach the elderly the art of karate.

At the time of this episode’s original recording, Jeff Wall Jr. was only 16 years old. Jeff is using his black belt on a mission to help seniors discover huge gains in health and incredible confidence out in the world. His mantras are all about kindness and Jeff emphasizes the nonviolent wonders of the martial arts.
